Noe Rivas

Noe Rivas began his career in aeronautics at COCESNA in 1991 as an aeronautical technician in the area of radio aid maintenance after graduating as an avionics instrument technician from ETMA in Guatemala. Graduated of Electronic Engineering from the Mariano Gálvez University of Guatemala in 2009, he worked as head of the Radio Aids maintenance department where he executed installation and maintenance projects for navigation systems.

He became part of the Flight Inspection department in 2010 where he has worked as a Flight Inspector and Instructor. He has a postgraduate degree in Industrial Safety from the UMG and a Management Training Program from the ORT University of Uruguay and has taken specialization courses such as Airspace Systems Inspection Pilot/Technician International by FAA (Federal Aviation Administration Academy), Navigations and Landing Prediction Model by OHIO UNIVERSITY, ICAO GNSS Advanced Workshop Seminar by ICAO among others.

He Currently serves as deputy coordinator of the aeronautical commission of the College of Engineers of Guatemala.
